Conil is a Spanish city in the province of Cadiz in Andalusia, on the Atlantic coast. Its population is about 21 000 inhabitants.
The city has six beaches: Playa La Fontanilla, Playa El Roquero (with a bunker of the civil war of 1936), Playa Fuente del Gallo, Punta Lejos, Playa Cala del Aceite and Playa los Bateles. The last is the longest and most popular during the summer. Conil is primarily a town for the holidays when the majority of tourists are Spanish, although we often hear about German too.
